This exchange-traded fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the NASDAQ OMX® Clean Edge® Smart Grid Infrastructure IndexSM. The index is designed to track the performance of common stocks in the grid and electric energy infrastructure sector.The index includes companies that are primarily engaged and involved in electric grid, electric meters and devices, networks, energy storage and management, and enabling software used by the smart grid infrastructure sector.

(TAN) Claymore/MAC Global Solar Energy Index ETF

The Claymore/MAC Global Solar Energy Index ETF (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund’s fees and expenses, of an equity index called the MAC Global Solar Energy Index (the “Index”). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts ("GDRs") that comprise the Index. Claymore Advisors, LLC (the "Investment Adviser") seeks a correlation over time of 0.95 or better between the Fund’s performance and the performance of the Index.

(WGSLX) Winslow Green Solutions Fund

The Winslow Green Solutions Fund expects to invest globally in companies of varying sizes that provide green solutions. Winslow defines green solutions as products or services that reduce resource consumption; decrease pollution such as climate-changing greenhouse gases, or contribute to natural and sustainable nutrition and health. Winslow seeks to ensure that all companies within the Fund’s portfolio derive their primary revenue from these green products or services.

The Fund seeks to invest in companies that the Adviser believes are reasonably priced and exhibit the potential for superior growth. The Fund will ordinarily concentrate in companies with market capitalizations between $1 billion and $10 billion, and may invest up to 50% of assets outside the U.S. The Fund's benchmark is the Russell Midcap Growth Index.

PowerShares Global Clean Energy Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index (the Index). The Index is an index consisting primarily of companies whose technologies focus on the generation and use of cleaner energy, conservation and efficiency, and the advancement of renewable energy in general, as determined by WilderHill New Energy Finance, LLC (the Index Provider). The Index mainly consists of companies in wind, solar, biofuels, hydro, wave and tidal, geothermal and other relevant renewable energy businesses, and it also includes companies involved in energy conversion, storage, conservation, efficiency, materials, pollution control, emerging hydrogen and fuel cells. The Fund's investment advisor is PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
